| Mouth guards will be required for next season. Returning players must have them for the first practice. Please try to get a custom mouth guard from your dentist. Custom are smaller and actually help prevent injury. You only need it for the top set of teeth. Try to get it in a color and it may be covered by your insurance. (Posted: March 2008) | |
| Things to remember BEFORE the season
starts: --You need to have all paperwork completed in the Athletic Office prior to the first practice on Monday, August 11, 2008. Visit the Athletic Department web site to find the information. http://www.aaps.k12.mi.us/pioneer.athletics -- You need to bring the following to every practice: swimsuits, goggles, towel, shorts, T-shirt, running shoes and a waterbottle. |

NFHS Water Polo Rules Changes are available. The biggest change
will the 30 second shot clock. (It was 35 seconds.) Players, parents and fans should read them to keep up in your knowledge of the game. |
